Pulpo á galega →
After eating some octopus on challah bread with Tamara this morning, and discussing a  hypothetical (we broke) trip to the north of Spain, real Pulpo á galega is all I can think about. Also known as  Polbo á feira, this dish is a traditional Galician dish from the motherland. Maybe it’s weird for me to be writing this but all motherlands are basically the same if your growing up your parents...
