Does everyone remember Gwynn’s Sandwich throwdown? No? Ok, good let’s move on then. I have a sandwich and it is not for the thin-skinned, model daters or a lot of you tuna haters. But if your sandwich palate is REFINED and you can fuck with a meal on some bread, read on. On some fresh, crusty whole wheat this is - white tuna in stone ground mustard, mixed with garlic & lemon roasted kale, topped with an egg over easy (for maximum oozing) & Georgian white cheese.
