What’s Really Cooking? YOU tell US!

Ever since I was a child, Easter was a strangely big holiday in my house… in a very secular way. My parents were firm believers in excessive amounts of candy/whacky pastel dyed eggs. Now at the awld-as-fuck age of 25, my folks have updated the tradition in a fantastic new way. Knowing their son to be an aspiring foodie, they bought me a handful of snazzy cooking items that I wouldn’t normally have sprung for.
Now I need YOUR help! The list of items is below. We’d like you to submit any recipes/vague ideas/notions of delicious ways to use any of the items. You could submit anything from detailed instructions, to just the name of your favorite crustacean. There are a couple of items that are singular (ie- biscuits, cornbread). In this case, feel free to let us know what other items you think would pair well with them.
We anxiously await your advice. Perhaps you’ll see your idea come to light, right here, in the coming weeks!

“Rib Dust” (spice rub)
